YIMU INTELLIGENCE has completed its Series B1 funding round, backed by an exclusive strategic investment from the Shanghai STVC Group Phase II Fund. The investor said the investment reflects strong confidence in both YIMU INTELLIGENCE’s technological strength and the long-term prospects of the new-energy intelligent mining truck sector.

The capital will be used to speed up the large-scale rollout and upgrade of the company’s proprietary HiMADS(云辎) platform (Hybrid intelligent Multi Axle Driving & Steering), with a focus on greater automation, electrification and overall product competitiveness. With this new funding in place, YIMU INTELLIGENCE has set up a subsidiary in Jiaxing. Drawing on the Yangtze River Delta’s strengths in talent, supply chains and innovation resources, the subsidiary will accelerate development of next-generation large intelligent mining trucks, supporting the industry’s shift toward higher-end, greener and more intelligent solutions.
